Tom has extensive experience and expertise across many business sectors

  • Group Business and Development Manager for a disability social enterprise, conceiving implementing and operating the Complimentary Workforce. Tom is a well-known supporter and keynote speaker at social enterprise events in the UK and Europe, carrying out many research and analysis projects on behalf of sector intermediaries. Tom’s work focus is in getting people and organisations of all sectors to work together to share a vision and understand their role in creating shared value.
  • Funding connections include Scottish Government, Big Lottery, Robertson Trust and Esmee Fairbairn.
  • Lead Consultant in an In-Work Poverty and Welfare project throughout Scotland, on behalf of one of the Prince’s Charities, and Business Engagement Intermediaries.
  • Tom works with organisations, of all sizes and sectors, typically those like–minded businesses with CSR culture aspirations, towards a Fairer Scotland.
